Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ticketbras! Here you will find details about our refund and/or return policy.

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the time frame from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. If the purchase was made and the 7 calendar days have not passed since receipt, you will be entitled to a refund and/or refund.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your article must be in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete the return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We only offer refunds for items sold at the normal price, items on sale cannot be returned after 7 calendar days from receipt.
  • If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to your address, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return if your refund request is approved.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email to sac@ ticketbras.com.

Goods Not Covered

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care articles
  • Tickets and entrance fees for events and services

Partial refunds are given

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and after review of the case.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you still haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited by the operator.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the address indicated in the reply email.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to arrive may vary.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and in case of loss it may be the sole responsibility of the carrier or -in case of insurance of the item- by the insurer.
